Holiday Inn!?!?!?
Surprise!!!!!!

I'm very excited to announce that I will be back in Delaware, spending the Holidays with the lovely people at Candlelight Dinner Theatre in Holiday Inn.

I will be honest, this was not originally in the cards for me. After we closed up the boot factory I was planning on taking a little break and mainly spend time working at my day job. However, the Universe clearly had other plans for me and this wonderful show ended up falling into my lap.

It is a bit of a crazy situation. I joined the show this past Monday, we just had the designer run tonight(Wednesday), and the show opens next Saturday. That means I only had two days to learn this beast of a show in order to be able to present it for Designer run.

While this is very crazy and a little stressful I have an amazing support system in this show that is helping me catch up and be ready for opening. The biggest thanks goes to Will, our dance captain, who has been instrumental in teaching me all of the choreography in such a short time crunch.

We run November 16th-December 22nd at the Candlelight Dinner Theatre so if you ever get a chance make sure to stop by the Inn.

Thanks for keeping up with me!

We are now in Weekend 3 of performances for the Prom! Performing in the massive and gorgeous space that is The Broadway Theatre of Pitman always fills me with such joy. We've grown so close as a cast through rehearsals, tech, and performing and it's already half way done. So far we've been playing to hundreds every show with standing ovations and rave reviews. Looks like we're "Changing Lives" (You'll get that joke if you come see the show *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge*).
For the past 2 years this theatre has been my home and gave me the chance to get my first paid gig as an actor and I will always look back fondly on every show I do there as they all hold special places in my heart.
I'm grateful that I was able to get my semi professional start at this theatre and even more excited to announce my first professional job as an actor. Recently I got asked to join the cast of Kinky Boots as an Angel at New Light Theatre. The production is a partnership between New Light and Delaware Theatre Company. It's also a partnership with United Way of Delaware PRIDE Council. The PRIDE Council is an Affinity Group from United Way of Delaware that organizes community resources for LGBTQ+ youth and adults in Delaware. They do a lot of great work for many minority groups in Delaware along with the PRIDE Council. Make sure to go onto their website and check out all of the other stuff they are working on.

That's the main update on all of the fun things that are going on and I cannot wait to talk more about the amazing things going on with Kinky Boots!

Thanks for keeping up with me!

The Prom (Rehearsals)

Senior Showcases
We are currently in our third week of rehearsals for The Prom at The Broadway Theatre of Pitman and I can't wait for us to open. I'm fortunate enough to be part of the ensemble while also covering Sheldon's Track and being one of the two dance captains. This is my seventh show at the theatre and third time getting to dance captain so I am very grateful that I get to come back to this theatre and perform on such a beautiful stage.

Since graduation and senior showcase I've been pretty busy with submissions for dozens of companies, callbacks, moving out of Glassboro, and starting my new job. It's been hectic but I've been able to finally start settling into my new home and my life after college and I'm so excited to see what's next for me.

Thanks for keeping up with me! (P.S. Happy Pride!)

This past Friday, April 26th we got the chance to meet with agent's and discuss our senior showcase video as well as get a workshop from a Wojcik Casting Director, Cassie Maguire. It was truly a memorable experience and I am so grateful for Shorey Walker, at The Growing Studio, for organizing this for us and for giving us helpful resources and information for getting started as an actor. If you want to see my portion of the senior showcase the link to the YouTube video is right here: https://youtu.be/ERRy1OGl2io?si=j6u-k6vPQr9VQjjM
This morning we got the chance to film our Advanced Acting final to use for any reels or future submissions. It was an early film but we finished it and are ready to present it in person! Tomorrow, Wednesday May 1st, is our Advanced Acting Showcase in Philadelphia. I'll be performing 2 monologues and a song, that I have been working on for this final semester, in front of a dozen professional theatre companies in Philly with my fellow classmates. Can't wait to end my Senior year on this high note!

When I can get my hands on the video I'll make sure to post it on here :).

Thanks for keeping up with me!

Kinky Boots (Shows)
This past weekend we finished up performances of Kinky Boots. Performing this show 6 times a week was a good experience in building my stamina as a performer. Not only that but it allowed me to meet so many amazing and extremely talented artists that I now call very good friends.
I got the chance to step into the very challenging art form that is Drag and found a new part of myself along the way in Polly, my drag alter-ego. And while the boot factory has closed and us angels have left Northampton, I have a feeling that Polly isn't going to be gone for long.
Thanks for keeping up with me!

It's still early on in the process so there isn't much I can right about at the moment but I'm just so excited that I just had to post something about it on here.
